One campaign, three portals, no reconciliation
Every step below happens on the same campaign record — nobody exports a spreadsheet to tell someone else what happened.
The full flow
Step 1 · Agency
Set up the campaign
Create a campaign, set the budget and dates, and shortlist influencers from your directory or the Marketplace.
Step 2 · Client
Review & approve
The brand sees the proposed campaign in their own portal and approves it before anything goes live — or requests changes.
Step 3 · Agency
Assign & brief influencers
Once approved, the campaign moves to Running. Influencers are invited or already bidding via the Marketplace.
Step 4 · Influencer
Deliver content
The influencer posts, connects the platform account, and submits the link. InfluBid validates the URL and starts pulling metrics.
Step 5 · Agency
Approve the deliverable
Agency reviews the submission — approve, or reject with a reason and let the influencer resubmit.
Step 6 · Client
Optional secondary approval
For campaigns with client-level sign-off enabled, the brand gets a second look before it's counted as final.
Step 7 · Agency
ROI updates automatically
Costs, revenue, and post performance roll up into two live P&L views — the agency's margin and the client's ROI.
Step 8 · Influencer
Get paid
Payout is triggered, TDS is computed automatically under Section 194-O / 206AA, and funds settle to bank or UPI.
