Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your InfluBid account and the personal data associated with it — across the Agency, Client, and Influencer portals — at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@influbidapp.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include:

• The email address and account type (Agency, Client, or Influencer) linked to your account
• Your workspace or company name, if applicable
• Confirmation that you want your account and personal data permanently deleted

What gets deleted

Once verified, we delete your account profile, contact details, social platform connections, and campaign/workspace data associated solely with your account, along with any authentication credentials.

What we may retain

Financial and payout records (including PAN and bank/UPI details) are retained for the period required under applicable Indian tax law (currently up to 7 years), even after an account is deleted. Data shared with other users through active campaigns (for example, deliverables or messages visible to a counterparty) may persist in their records after your account is removed.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once the request has been processed.
