Terms of Service

These terms govern use of InfluBid's Agency, Client, and Influencer portals and the Marketplace. By registering for an account you agree to the terms below.

Subscriptions

Agency and Client plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Plans include usage limits (clients, campaigns, marketplace posts) described on the Pricing page; exceeding a limit may require an upgrade. Subscriptions that lapse are marked expired and access is limited until renewed.

Marketplace

Jobs, bids, and assignments create a contract between the posting party and the influencer. Payments are processed through Razorpay/Razorpay X; InfluBid facilitates the transaction and is not a party to the underlying commercial agreement between the two sides.

Payouts & tax

Influencer payouts are subject to TDS deduction under applicable Indian tax law (Section 194-O / 206AA) at the time of payment. It is the influencer's responsibility to keep PAN and banking details accurate and up to date.
